The game

Rocket City — The Game is a free browser-based experience that lets you explore a 3D representation of Huntsville, Alabama. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the City of Huntsville, NASA, Google, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, the Rocket City Trash Pandas, or any business, venue, or landmark that may appear in it.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the game to harass others or to attempt to identify, track, or target any individual.
• Don't misuse, scrape, or attempt to overload the map, leaderboard, or multiplayer services.
• Emoji reactions and callsigns are the only user content; don't attempt to submit anything unlawful.

Map & data notice

The 3D imagery is Google's publicly available Photorealistic 3D Tiles — the same data anyone can view in Google Earth. Building, road, and camera data come from OpenStreetMap and the community DeFlock project and are already public. The game does not reveal anything not already publicly available, and sensitive sites are restricted at the data source. As a courtesy, the playable area excludes Redstone Arsenal / Marshall Space Flight Center airspace. Locations shown are approximate and provided for entertainment only.

Sponsorships & advertising

The game may display sponsored placements, event missions, and an on-screen banner. Sponsored content does not imply the game endorses the advertiser, or vice versa. Any coupons or offers are the responsibility of the sponsoring business.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game.

Map data © Google. Buildings, roads, and ALPR-camera data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), via DeFlock. Use of the map imagery is also governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.
